Our B-TRUST is established in 2002 as our company’s international brand. It includes PVC decorative film, calendered PVC film -raw material of PVC decorative film, PVC extruder three industries exporting business.
History
In 1992
Our first factory -Wintec as the first manufacturer of roller extruder in China was established. It was located in the capital of China-Beijing. Till 2019, this factory has developed into a leader manufacturer of roller extruder in the wold.
In 2002
B-TRUST was established as our international brand for exporting roller extruder and PVC films.
In 2014
Our PVC decorative film factory in Wuxi was established. Till 2019, we have 8 production lines installed and annual output is around 80 million meters.
In 2017
Our calendered PVC film factory in Huizhou was established. Now we have achieved self-sufficiency in all PVC raw materials.
In 2017
Our new factory of PVC decorative film in Jinjiang was established focused on high quality PVC decorative film.
Now we leverage advanced technology and rich experience of PVC industry to deliver you professional solutions of inquired PVC film.
Production Strength
As a professional PVC foil manufacturer, B-TRUST has 12 production lines, which include advanced automatic printing machines, laminating machines, coating lines. Our daily productivity is 200,000 meters.
At present more than 600 colors have been developed, and each year we are keeping developing new popular colors according to market trends. Different colors will use different printing rollers and embossing rollers. We now have 500+ printing rollers and 300+ embossing rollers, which can help you make your custom colors with no need of new models.
Design Development
In addition to develop new designs that are popular in China market, we are also open to world and learn popular color trends in your country. We do researches of what colors are popular in your country, we listen to our customers what colors they want. And then we develop new colors, custom for your market.
Quality Control
You have worry free of batch color difference when order from us. Our storage will keep each order samples for 3 years, and we have complete database for easy finding your last ordered colors. We carefully control the colors of new order, and make sure they are exactly same as colors of your last orders.
